Through the Growth Strategy Session, we work with you to uncover your key priorities and identify any issues or knowledge gaps. Typical issues constraining growth often centre on capital and resources; sales and marketing; market fit; company structure; governance or management resource; partners or channels and investment readiness.
Once the issues have been identified, we work with you to develop a roadmap with recommended strategies and actions to move your company forward. Many companies find it useful to repeat this process to keep the momentum going.
Strategy Sessions are qualified for the NZTE and Callaghan Innovation Regional Business Partner Network Capability Development Voucher Scheme. If eligible, companies can claim a voucher to cover half the cost of the Strategy Session.
